Giving Back to Community Corporation a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization was founded by Dr. Mrs. Emilian Emeagwali, PT, MCMT, in September 2009. She is an Onitsha woman living in the United States of America. Her inspiration for starting this organization came after she visited Nigeria after so many years of being away. Owing to the level of hunger and poverty she saw, she started up a non-profit that delivers innovative and sustainable solutions that address hunger, poverty and poor education. As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, Giving Back to Onitsha Community became Giving Back To Community, expanding our mission to include poor children and families in America and other countries. Her goal is to build a world where every child has the opportunity to live a comfortable and fulfilling life.
